Our Story
We’re Logan and Kaitlyn, a husband-and-wife duo who both grew up near Cleveland in Cuyahoga County and met back in high school. After graduation, we made Medina our home and now proudly serve both Medina and Cuyahoga counties, as well as clients throughout Ohio. These two counties will always be special to us, but we’re passionate about helping people wherever their real estate journey takes them.Kaitlyn brings her background in luxury jewelry sales, where she sharpened her ability to understand what people want and deliver exactly that. In real estate, she uses that same skill to find homes that fit perfectly within a buyer’s budget, negotiate smoothly with other agents, and keep every transaction moving forward with her upbeat, personable nature.Logan, on the other hand, comes from a marketing background, working with industries from private equity and manufacturing to healthcare and government benefits. His eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and contract knowledge ensure nothing gets overlooked.Together, we combine Kaitlyn’s energy and client-first approach with Logan’s strategy and precision, making us a strong pair to help buyers and sellers with confidence.
